Lands of America data lists about $5 billion in land and rural property for sale in Missouri. This comprises a total of 526,693 acres of Missouri land for sale. Of the 115 counties in the state, Jefferson County had the most land and farms for sale. There were 4,191 acres of sold land in Missouri recorded in February 2019 through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a 24 percent decline in sales activity over the month before, with a combined land value of $18 million for all property and land sold in the state. The most land sales in the state last month were located in Texas County. The Show-Me State might as well be the Show-Off State when it comes to outdoor recreation.
