Recent data from Lands of America shows $2 billion in land and rural property for sale for sale in the Show Me State. This represents a combined 382,984 acres of land for sale in Missouri. Of the 115 counties in the state, Texas County had the most land for sale. The most expensive land listed for sale in Missouri on Lands of America recently was $40 million, although the median price for farms, ranches and other land for sale in Missouri came in at $279,958. The average price of land and rural property for sale in Missouri was $462,937. There was 1,709 acres of sold land in Missouri recorded last month through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a decrease in sales activity over July 2018 data. The total value of this sold land and rural real estate was $7.7 million. Texas County recorded the most land sales recently in the state. The Show-Me State might as well be the Show-Off State when it comes to outdoor recreation.
