Lands of America data shows over $2 billion in land and ranches for sale in the Show Me State. This represents over 428,000 acres of land for sale in the state. Of Missouri's 115 counties, Howell County had the most land and farms for sale. The most expensive land listed for sale in Missouri on Lands of America recently was $99 million, while the average price of land and rural property for sale in Missouri was $403,680. Based on comps submitted through the Lands of America Comparable Sales program last month, Missouri is among the country's top five states for land sold during the month. This reflects an increase in sales activity over data from October 2018. Howell County had the most land sales recently in the state.
