Comments: Looking for nice property in the above mentioned counties. 60-80 acres preferred but will buy up to 100 acres if the price is reasonable. At least 40 acres wooded, mostly fenced or surveyed and marked throughout. Located on gravel road away from noisy highways. Within 60 minute drive to Columbia, Missouri. No adjacent or nearby public hunting land or camping areas. No pig or dairy farms nearby. Any easement roads deeded and recorded. All soil, mineral, and water rights. A creek or pond would be nice but not necessary. Neighboring land crops, woods, pasture grass, or fields. Request aerial view map and current property pictures, or enough information so I can find it on Google Earth. Thank you very much.

Older Christian Gentleman looking for 5-20 acres of land suitable (with some work) to start a market garden. In a county with NO building codes as I wish to build a small cabin to live in. I would be open to land contract or possibly a long tern lease. Thanks!

Looking for Property

Comments: Looking for 3 to 5 acres to set a mobile home on. Would prefer it have water , electric, septic tank or lagoon already. I need to stay as cheap as possible as I am on fixed income. Area doesn`t matter as long as its not in a flood plane and is within 50 miles of St. Charles.
