Phil opened the doors of Westbound Real Estate in 1989 and quickly created a niche specializing in land sales in Warren, Montgomery, Lincoln, and Callaway County. He is licensed to sell property and focuses mostly on Farms & Acreage and Residential Building Lots. Phil also actively develops property and much of our inventory is agent owned by Phil.
