Agent Summary
This estate, sitting high above the Missouri River, offers the most beautiful views of the river valley and Katy Trail in Callaway County. The location of this custom built home on the property will offer an impressive arrival to your guests. The open floor plan and professionally finished lower level provide plenty of space for hosting large gatherings. Four bedrooms give the big family lots of room to spread out, while the atrium design with a main floor Master Suite makes this home comfortable for a retired couple as well. The atrium wall of windows and walk out make the most of the wooded setting. The forest has been meticulously cared for and has even been featured in the Missouri Conservationist publication as an example of proper forest management! The results from such private land management and quality deer management can be seen in the photos of the deer harvested and the trail cam pictures.
